Refund & Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in case of a wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear images or video proof.
Refunds are not applicable on orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD). In approved cases, the item can be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for an exchange. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Please note that Open Parcel charges (PKR 200) and delivery fees are non-refundable.
